We always enjoy our stay at Hotel Mundial whenever we are in Lisbon. They also take care during this COVID period and I feel safe staying there. The rooms are lovely and clean, but the bathrooms could do with an upgrade

Prestations un peu insuffisantes pour un 4 étoiles. Clim très bruyante, insonorisation par rapport aux bruits extérieurs pas terrible. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de bouilloire et thé café à disposition. Notre préférence en terme de literie n'a pas été respectée, mais les lits étaient confortables. Par contre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse panoramique au 9ème étage et la situation de l'hôtel très centrale. Le parking sous l'hôtel sans supplément était un gros plus.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Lisbonne en général et à l hotel Mundial en particulier. Cadre agréable et personnel attentif et aimable. Une mention particulière pour le rooftop.

Hôtel méritant ses étoiles, personnel à l'écoute et très professionnel, hôtel très sécurisé au niveau sanitaire, beaucoup mieux qu'en France.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com um staff competente em especial na recepção.O único reparo seria a falta de tomadas elétricas nos quartos.Somos hóspedes frequentes há onze anos e se não fosse o problema do Covid19 teríamos ficado o período integral.

Excellent front-desk experience; Lovely big clean rooms, Grateful for restaurant remaining open! A beautiful hotel in all its grandure. We needed a space to "call our own" until our flight home and we found the hotel to provide us all that was necessary to stay safe an isolate. Loved investigating the bar and beyond - not necessarily for the drinks (which were great) but noting beautiful furnishings and artwork from days gone by.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, articles de toilette en quantité plus que suffisant. Hotel bien situé, pratique pour visiter le vieux centre à pied, proche du métro. Petit bémol : petit déjeuner varié mais qualité un peu juste : oeufs au plat élastiques, jambon de fraîcheur douteuse, fruits pas très frais, ...

Très confortable, très bien placé, super vue du roof bar, seul reproche pas de café ou thé infusion dans la chambre

We arrived at Hotel Mundial with our daughter who had a broken foot that was in a cast. She had crutches for walking but she slipped and fell on the cobblestones in front of the hotel after a short rain had made the sidewalk slippery. Two hotel attendants came to her rescue with a wheelchair and they allowed her to use the wheelchair for two days at no extra charge. We appreciated this help and courtesy from the hotel staff very much! We experienced excellent service from the hotel staff during our stay and the room and our hotel experience were excellent. We had reservations for a second stay at the end of March but the coronavirus forced us to cancel our vacation and return home to the U. S. We hope to travel to Lisbon again and we will stay at Hotel Mundial if we do. We think it is a very fine hotel and thank you for our enjoyable stay.

This was our third stay at Hotel Mundial and once again it lived up to expectations. Conveniently located within a few minutes of the waterfront and surrounded by sights and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This time we had the chance for supper in both restaurants and enjoyed them greatly. The only feature that would make it even better would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Gostei muito do hotel. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e carinhosos com os hospedes. O quarto estava impecável e o pequeno almoço maravilhoso. O Hoof Top é belissimo!

Situation geographique au top pour des visites à pieds. Un personnel aux petits soins. Belle chambre, propre, suffisamment spacieuse....je recommande vivement. Merciiiii pour ses quelques jours.

위치도 좋고 조식도 맛있고 직원분들도 친절하고 아주 좋았습니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 편하게 잘 지낼수 있었는데요 다만 욕실에 샤워부스가 아니라 욕조가 있었는데 바닥이 미끄러워서 넘어지는 사고가 있어서 별 하나 뺐습니다.

Ein zentrales, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und Flair. Das Auto durfte gratis geparkt werden und auch das Frühstück war großartig.

Hôtel splendide équipe réactive hôtel très bien situé sur la place Martim Moniz proche du métro Rossio et du 15 place Rossio et du 28 Martim Moniz. Accueil parfumée Les chambres sont spacieuses est très bien équipé crème corporelle sèche cheveux… Terrasse panoramique pour surplomber Lisbonne je vous recommande cet hôtel avec un petit déjeuner exquis

Hôtel central dans lequel j'ai effectué plusieurs séjours de 9 jours et 2jours. Buffet du petit déjeuner exceptionnel, personnel charmant. Le portier Antonio discret, vous donne toujours des références de lieux a visiter ,de concerts, de fêtes il est super. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La litterie confortable. J'aurais simplement aimé qu'ils aient un programme de fidelité clients. ..

Wir hatten sehr geräumige Doppelzimmer auf der dritten Etage mit guter Ausstattung, getrennten Matratzen optimaler Breite. Die Fenster zeigten zur Seite, so dass man die Straße und Passanten gut hören konnte. Schlaf war dennoch kein Problem, denn von den Nachbarzimmern hörte man nichts. Die Gänge und Flure sind sehr gepflegt, überall mit Teppichboden schallgedämpft. Recht gemütlich sind Lobby und Bar, wo man durchaus gerne Zeit verbringt. Cocktails würden wir lieber meiden, da bräuchte es doch einen guten Barkeeper. Im Frühstücksraum gibt's zwei Buffets und das ist ob der Größe des Hotels auch nötig. Am Eingang werden die Plätze zugewiesen, so dass es in den Stoßzeiten durchaus Wartezeiten geben kann. Das Buffetangebot ist überschaubar, etwas Wurst, etwas Käse, aber auch Eivariationen, baked beans. Sehr viel landestypische Süßgebäck, welches uns nicht geschmeckt hat. Für das Frühstücksbuffet wurden wir nur ein Befriedigend erteilen. Aufmerksames Front Office mit guten Tipps und Beratung.

Exceptionally nice room with a balcony and a spectacular view. Nicely furnished and generous size. Staff at hotel very helpful.
