With this product, the risks resulting from Pandemic and Epidemic events are ensured. In case of positive PCR test after 3 days the check in date, the assitance will be granted by this insurance.

This Insurance cost 9€ per stay and per person. It must be acquired in person at our frontdesk.
How can I access this Insurance?
The Insurance is activated automatically after purchase and it is valid from check-in and check-out.

The clients who subscribe the produtc – subscription per person.
What risks are covered by this Insurance?
Risks resulting from an accident or illness, which occurred during the period of validity and in accordance with the General Policy Conditions, are covered.
What are the expenses covered by the Insurance?
Medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospitalization expenses occured during your stay are covered, as well as advances on hospitalization expenses, extension of hotel stays, transportation or health repatriation, transportation or repatriation in case of death, travel and subsistence expenses for a companion, expenses for the return of companions and charges for children.
Are COVID-19 cases covered?
Situations are guaranteed to be confirmed, in the case of COVID-19, through a positive PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) test after 3 days following check in.

What is the validity period of the Insurance?
The Insurance starts on the check-in date and ends on the check-out date, that is, it is valid during the period corresponding to the duration of the stay at Hotel Mundial.

The guarantees of this Insurance are effective in mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira.
